Solo and Duo Sign-Up Form
To register, please take the time to fill out the information below. We require one form per routine.
Please note that dancers must register for all of the competitions their group routines are attending. You may add on a 4th or 5th competition, but the group competitions are mandatory.
Dancers have the option of attending Ogema Dance Competition with their solo or duo routine this year. If you are interested in registering in Ogema please just let us know. You will notice it is not listed as an option on this form, but it is available. The fee for Ogema is less than the other events so if you decide to register we will give you a total for the competition fee portion.
